About Us

Commitment to Excellence

Great care is taken to serve a wide variety of clients with government, regulatory and legislative needs, from taxation to licensure and regulation on every level of government.

Our group has wide experience in handling matters involving federal agencies, boards and commissions including but not limited to:

-Federal Aviation Administration

-Federal Trade Commission

-Internal Revenue Service

-U.S. Department of Justice

-U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)

-Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

-Social Security Administration

-U.S. Department of Labor

-U.S. Department of Education

-U.S. Treasury Department

-U.S. Comptroller of the Currency

-U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)

-U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

-U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)

As industry and technology grew over the past 125 years Congress deemed it appropriate to delegate the details of administering laws to protect the public or enhance fairness to executive departments or independent regulatory agencies. Unlike the heads of executive departments and agencies the heads of independent regulatory agencies generally do not serve at the pleasure of the President or have their rules and legislative recommendations reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) [see 44 U.S.C. 3502(5), 12 U.S.C. 250, E.O. 12866 Sec. 3(b) and OMB Cir. A-19].[1]

More than ever, state and local governments plus business and industry are impacted by Administrative Law and Regulatory Compliance.

Our mission:

To simplify Federal Administrative Law and Regulatory Compliance, so you can focus on the important work of your program or business. We practice before federal agencies in a variety of substantive areas, including rule-makings, regulatory compliance, agency investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and related compliance filings, hearings and litigation. Problem-solving is the mission as we seek relief for private and government clients.

Client agencies in U.S. require a full, timely and current understanding of the U.S. federal agencies and rules that govern their federally funded and regulated programs.  Administrative law practice entails not only thorough knowledge of existing regulations, but an ability to monitor changes to regulatory policies and participate effectively in the rulemaking process, as well as monitoring pending legislation impacting the federal agency.

While some lawyers may seek endless litigation, we set out to resolve conflict on an ongoing basis, with the eternal quest of solving problems as they arise. We offer a team approach affiliated  with a legal talent pool of  licensed federal attorneys to meet small or large federal regulatory compliance and legal needs.

We specialize in Federal Administrative law in US Federal Courts.
